I need to find a different job

I just started this job late July, I've only been here for 4 weeks (first week was only orientation and work videos). I have now been in decon (alone mind you) for 3 weeks straight, Monday-Friday 7am-3:30, with a 15 and 30 minute break which most of the time ends up being at 2pm. I had someone training me the first 2 days, after that I've been completely alone. I think I'm doing fine, the back stays empty and clear until 1pm when all the people bring back 3 carts and 5 tables all at once... It's ridiculous, and then I'm blamed for being new and slow when I'm backed up at 1:30-2 people they brought them all at once?? Even if I wasn't getting backed up it cannot be normal to have someone in decon everyday for 3+ weeks. And now they're telling me next week I'm going to be back in decon again until I get the hang of it. I cannot do this, is this normal and I'm just overreacting?? My body is shutting down.

What bug/beetle is this?

First saw one in the shower then saw a second on in the bathroom sink, so I'm guessing it likes water/moisture? And they're reallyyyy tiny about 1 cm

How bad should I expect to crash?

Hello all!

Pretty unique situation I'm (21yo) in but I just had surgery on the 5th so I'm 5dpo. The day of my surgery I already had to be up and making myself food and grabbing things and I was doing so much and talking so much that I gave myself a bad sore throat. The next night I had to pack up most of my things in 3 hours and flee my house. Now 5dpo I'm being told I need to have everything packed and furniture moved out by the weekend (about 10dpo). I've already been lifting boxes and bags and everything that's way over 10 pounds since I literally have no other option, and now I'm going to be moving extremely heavy furniture. Technically my body can handle it, I'm able to lift things with pretty minimal pain, I do have an extremely high pain tolerance though and don't really know that I'm in pain until I'm physically unable to move. So I'm nervous in a few weeks it'll all catch up to me. Should I expect a huge crash? I start a new job on the 23rd, a little offer 2wpo, and with this whole situation I can't delay the start date since I'm in desperate need for money and a place to live. Apologies for the vent. Does anyone have a similar situation where they couldn't physically rest after surgery and how did that go for you? Any advice or knowledge would help! Thank you!!! <3

What to wear??

Hello!! I recently got a job and I start at the end of this month! WOOP🕺 I'm also a chronic overthinker so maybe I'm putting too much thought into it but what do I wear for my first day/day?

I know they'll give scrubs so it doesn't really matter what my street clothes are but they still reflect who I am right? So should I dress up more while going in for the first few weeks and then slowly start introducing more casual clothes? Or do y'all think it's fine if I go and show up on day 3 in sweatpants before I change to scrubs?

I'm so nervous I'm trying to think about anything that could possibly be wrong so apologies if this is a really stupid question! But any advice would be appreciated 🙏
