im 16 turning 17 and i mostly done research on bodybuilding forums where its men taking roids so alot of them use aromasin to stop the testostorone they take from converting to estrogen, i was wondering if i should take that since im afab

i did something really bad to someone i love and need to get it off my chest but im too ashamed to, i feel so guilty about it i havent been able to rest or calm down because of it, i cant tell my therapist about it because of how horrible i feel, but i deserve to be punished for my actions so please can someone scold me
