This is the list I prepared to play against Rolad, KT, some versions of Branded, but maybe pure, mirror match and Elf notes, among other things like DoomZ, Fairy tail + Village. I'm okay with main deck for the most part.

But I'm having a hard time deciding on side deck options, mainly about Evenly Matched as board breaker instead of 2 spells, the inclusion of Triple Tactics Thrusts.

And most importantly, the side deck strategy, like what to side out rather than what to side in for going 2nd. Any advice is welcomed.

I bought this list to an event recently. My deck and I performed alright by my metrics all things considered. Taking 4-3 and advanced to day 2, I'm not going but that is another story.

The 7 rounds were as such

1. Round 1: mermail, going 1st, it was easy.
2. Round 2: Branded, going 2nd, game 1 loss, game 2 opp opened Duster super poly
3. Round 3: Striker, going 1st, opp made a lot of mistakes.
4. Round 4: the craft, going 2nd, games were fucked but I managed to win.
5. Round 5: Branded, going 1st, I lost mentally and made a lot a lot of mistakes. Genuine lost on my part.
6. Round 5: Branded again, going 2nd, yada yada can't break board, game 2 they opened w LS 1 super poly.
7. Round 7: DoomZ, going 1st, played against one of my acquaintances so he explained every card to me, which was nice of him. Game 1 I had ash + droll + draw into MST so his droll trap card fizzled. Game 2 he went full combo. Game 3 I resolved engage 4 times + 2 draws from desires. Banished both roze though. Still managed to win.

So, what did I learn?

Double Roze is extremely funny in mirror, opponent can try to banish Roze if they make the assumption no one would play 2 Roze, so there is at least a advantage there. Although I would try to side deck 1 Roze against mirror if I could get rid of the desire, definitely not main material.

I didn't brick a single time, always some starters and Droll didn't come up that many times to actually seal the deal, they did sometimes and it was a game loss almost on the spot. For example round 6 they had droll, 2 LS + super poly + branded in high spirit.

Crown is a very good card and I don't think I ever dislike seeing it. It doesn't target so the craft cannot do anything, it can protect my monsters and it could be a good DoomZ matchup. Very good card.

Outside of round 5, which I did fuck up myself. I think I just have very very poor performance against Branded itself, not against players. If Branded go 1st, I don't really have any way to break their board and deal with the follow up. Since I seldomly draw any HTs in opening hand, and both ash + droll. So I am here to ask for your opinions, how to prepare against Branded? I don't think my plan was lost game 1, trying to win game 2 is good enough.

Hello everyone,

I'm considering taking this list to a upcoming national. I'm planning to going first, and now I'm a bit torn between playing another Roze, Lemnisgate and 2 Desire. Desire was cool and it can be good for both going first and second but I don't like the risk of banning all starters and Engage, which has happened.

Any recommendations is welcomed.
