Hi po! I’m a transferee sa ADDU and during my enrollment, the doctor told me to retake my urinalysis because I need to submit a new result before classes start. She also prescribed antibiotics first.

I forgot to ask where I’m supposed to submit the new urinalysis result once I have it. 🥹

Do I submit it back to the same building where enrollment was held, or sa clinic/health services na po?
