Raised ticket for international transactions declined. But got response email as account closure

When i tried to make international transactions, the payment got declined. So i raised a ticket through the support team as earlier it used to work. But i got a ticket response stating how can an user be able to close a slice account.

AU Ixigo Application process

Hi all,

I did VKYC for AU Ixigo credit card today morning and in evening i got SMS and mail stating its on hold because of incomplete details. But when i tried to check the link it shows no pending documents to upload. Is this usual?
