Zero issues. People order and put their phones away. Have been to three showings this month. All were fine and service was prompt. No one talking. Ordering this way actually seems easier. I don’t have to talk to a person and hand them my card and make sure they got every little detail of the order right (ranch instead of BBQ or whatever).

Since there now will apparently be a post for every single person who claims they will never go to another Alamo showing, just seemed like it made sense that we should post if we are going to continue to go to our location, as I intend to this weekend.

Listen, I know I am not the first to post this but this allergy season is like nothing I have experienced since the allergy peak of my late teens/early 20s. I’m 50 now. So basically haven’t had an allergy season like this in 25-30 years.

I am at my wit’s end. We have a HEPA filter in the bedroom. I am taking Zyrtec and Flonase scent free mist. I shower daily. I use prescription eye drops. And it will. Not. Relent.

My nose has been running like a faucet for weeks. I wake up with a face so puffy I look like I have some kind of acute illness happening. My face and upper chest are frequently red and splotchy from what I assume is all the histamine.

Is anyone else still struggling this much?!?

What are your preferred allergy med combos?

Has anyone ended up seeing their primary care doc for this and if so is there anything they can even prescribe that wouldn’t cause drowsiness?

It’s so bad that it’s actually worsening my (clinically diagnosed) anxiety / panic disorder. I’m told that’s likely due to reduced sleep quality and overall histamine / systemic inflammation levels.
