Just witnessed something mental, a totally effed up car with no brakes driving down the hill out of control on Ballyhooley Road, at St Luke's Cross. He crashed into a cars, before coming to a stop. Driver tried to flee, was stopped by a man on the street then jumped back in the car and turned to drive back up the hill. I called 999 but cycled off when he was coming in my direction. He would have been gone except his wheel collapsed. Looked like a young lad.
