New FIGS arrived with matching slit defects. packaging or manufacturing issue?
I just received a new pair of FIGS scrubs and noticed a clean slit in the back near the neck seam. Initially I thought it was maybe something I had done but I just inspected the packaging and found a small nick in the plastic bag that lines up with the tear.
I also realized that there are also matching slits at the bottom hem on both the front and back, in a similar pattern.
That makes me think this may have happened either during packaging (snagging inside the bag) or possibly a manufacturing defect that wasn’t caught in QC.
The item is otherwise fine and wearable, but it’s disappointing for a brand new pair.
Has anyone experienced similar defects with FIGS, especially repeated pattern slits like this? Curious if support usually replaces items like this.
