I Get More Anxiety From a Good Case Than a Bad One

When I have a mid to bad case, I am cool as a cucumber. Any positive result is profit, if I lose I know it was warranted or at the very least debatable.

I have a case right now in a subject matter that I am an expert in. I know my client has a very good case and should win every issue. Summary judgment is coming up and it's stressing me out.

The idea that a judge could simply not care enough to listen or understand is probably the biggest stressor for me in law. Have had judges in the past that simply gave no shits and made completely incorrect or on occasion personal opinion rather than law and fact based decisions in this area of law.

I know all I can do is my best, but before I even came into the case the attorney's fees were in the tens of thousands. So it's going to be a real bummer if she loses something she absolutely shouldn't because of stupidity.

How do ranges work in states with regulated Mag Capacity?

Florida is going down the shitter extremely fast. Vaccines, education, very blatant graft, grift and corruption. If the orange man tries something after the next elections, I don't really want to be stuck in this shit hole.

We're looking at other states, and a lot of the places that are attractive to us obviously have 10 round mag caps. Which makes me wonder who cares or enforces these things?

Do you folk living in those states have to show your mags before shooting at private ranges? Will anyone even notice if I shoot 13 instead of 10 out of my micro?

At traffic stops are you being asked to show your firearm for inspection?

Seems like an extremely cumbersome and impractical thing to enforce outside of an actual criminal or self defense event.
