Zipper broke on my backpack
Almost one year to the purchase date, the zipper on my Expandable Backpack broke. Customer service says they no longer offer a quality guarantee on anything but luggage! I'm so upset. It's a $100 backpack that is now unusable after a year. Has anyone had a similar experience? Any recommendations on fixing it?
