It came up in my feed. Looks like they are bringing it back. I’m bizarrely committed to my Calpak Luka as my never leave home without it type bag, but I’ll await the latest reviews!

Almost one year to the purchase date, the zipper on my Expandable Backpack broke. Customer service says they no longer offer a quality guarantee on anything but luggage! I'm so upset. It's a $100 backpack that is now unusable after a year. Has anyone had a similar experience? Any recommendations on fixing it?
