Tax preparer taking automatic payments, not responding to emails

Posting for my sibling. My brother had an Inc. established in Delaware by his tax preparer 18 months ago. He also retained this tax preparer to do his bookkeeping for the Inc. In the past 10 months, the tax preparer has not responded to any of my brother’s emails checking for updates.

This week my brother got a notice from
the State of Delaware: “The 2025 Annual Report was not filed as required.” The tax preparer did not respond to his email about that, either.

The TP is still active on LinkedIn, so seems to be well enough and not deceased, and still continues to take automatic payments from my brother’s credit card. TP is not responding to his latest message by email and social media to cancel their agreement and any further payments. My brother’s credit card company says the matter has to be resolved with the merchant (tax preparer), and will not halt the automatic CC payments.

What should my brother do next? He is located in Redding CA, and the tax preparer works from home in San Diego CA; TP does not have a mailing address that we can find.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts

Sadness about loss of sensation 5 years out

I’m 5 years out from my top surgery with FNG. At the time, the surgeon said my only option to go flat was with free nipple grafts. I was in a remote area with no other options for top surgery: my results were not good, and had to be revised when I moved to a bigger city 3 years later.

After all that, I’m glad to be flat, but the total loss of sensation makes me sadder every day. I feel like I lost 50 percent of my sexual function, and it will never come back. It makes me wish I had waited a few more years until I found a surgeon who could have preserved my nipples, or that I waited for newer techniques to be developed around nerve reinnervation. I only have touch sensation, and I’m finding the loss of erotic sensation harder to live with every day.

Have been discussing this over the last three years with a trans psychologist, but lately the sadness is pretty strong.

Pollution and sweat

Last year I moved to a country, and an enormous city, where the pollution from cars is always terrible, the heat and humidity are high, and anytime I’m outside for more than 5 minutes, I’m sweating a lot. I often sweat through my sunscreen and then have no opportunity to wash my face until hours later.

As a result, I have had patches of face eczema and eczema on the back of my hand since moving here. I go through a tub of cerave every month and a half. I’ve tried the US medicines I came here with: .1 triamcinolone, hydrocortisone 1%, and tacrolimus. after a 2x per day two week course of each, it went away for about a week, and then the eczema on my face and the back of my hand always returned to full flare. I also tried antifungal and antibacterial ointment courses, in case it wasnt eczema, but it roared back after those too.

The eczema patches only went away briefly when I spent a few days in a cooler and less polluted rural area.

Has anyone else been in a situation like this? How did you handle it? Is my only real solution to move?

Has anyone been able to receive and activate the VX while abroad?

I just prequalified for the 75k welcome offer, but I am currently working in Southeast Asia and I wonʻt be back in the States until October. Should I just wait until October to receive it, or is there a feasible way for me to receive and activate the card abroad without triggering any trouble, in your experience? I have a US Mobile SIM with roaming. Thanks in advance
