Engine Oil

Hi Guys,

What engine oil should I be running in my F36 440i?

Mileage is around 85k if that matters.

I've seen a plethora of answers online, and some people say you should switch up the oil you use as the mileage gets higher

TIA

Hi there 👋

I purchased a 440i GC recently and have been really enjoying it so far. I know these engines can have a bit of a rattle, but I'm just wondering if this this noise is normal? There's like a secondary noise underneath the rattle that appears intermittent, but I'm not sure if I'm imagining it. It's most noticeable around the 20-second mark.

Engine is a B58 on roughly 84k
