I’m building a Voice AI SaaS for small businesses and I’d love your thoughts.

I’ve started building a Voice AI solution that helps small businesses answer calls, handle FAQs, book appointments, take messages, and follow up with customers.

My main goal is to make the setup ridiculously simple like literally 3 clicks. No technical knowledge, no complicated onboarding. Just sign up, set it up, and let the AI handle the calls.

For client acquisition, our current plan is mostly going in person and targeting local small businesses that could actually benefit from this. We’re also considering affiliate marketing as an online acquisition channel.

The waitlist is open, and I’d love to get some feedback before going too far with the strategy.
If you were building this, how would you approach customer acquisition?

Would you focus on in-person sales, affiliates, cold outreach, paid ads, partnerships, or something completely different?

And if you’re a small business owner, what would convince you to actually start using a Voice AI receptionist?
