28F, fever started last May 30. Difficulty in breathing due to pleural effusion. Started medication last June 10. Slowly improving. But just got the ultrasound and seems like there's a sizeable amount of fluid in my lungs. My pulmonologist scolded me for not having it removed, but I didn't know. Now I'm scared that it's too late and it would thicken. What can I do? Is it bad? Will taking the TB meds not help?
