I know that we have all complained about this from time to time and anyone that rehomes gets ghosted. It's part of the game. But honestly, today I have been ghosted four times already. People reach out with a friendly request to chat and get more info and pictures. I send everything within a minute and then nothing, crickets and they never respond. Do they not realize there is a real person on the other end just trying to be courteous, honest and helpful? today I decided to at least send them a little note explaining that ghosting is not kind and all anyone expects is a response even if its that they aren't interested. When anyone responds to me when they are not interested I thank them for being thoughtful. I don't rehome hardly at all but have a few things now that I am rehoming and this reminds me why I dislike rehoming!
