Two devs or a city in this position?
Orange in this position. Obviously the game is mine no matter what I choose, but I’m curious on whether the play is to buy two devs here or 4:1 my wood for a city on the 8:4.

What’s the best possible starting 5 made from players who were never the best player on any team?
Currently I’m thinking Stockton, Klay, Draymond, James Worthy, and Robert Parish, but I’m interested in hearing other possible suggestions.
To be clear even if they were only the best player because the star got hurt (á la Jaylen Brown or Kevin McHale)
I would still say they count as the best player on the team that season.
Edit: Pippen does not work because of 93-94.
Edit 2: Does anyone know anything about Clifford Robinson? Was he ever the best player on a team?
