What happened to psiphone?

I came home and found this app in front of me even though I hadn't downloaded it

And I found out that the VPN called psiphone pro has disappeared from my phone and from Google play

I know that it's not a new update because the app's location has changed, and also because the last update for this app was 4 days ago

And the Last time I saw psiphone was today before I leave my house and come back

What happened?

How can I control my dreams?

For almost 10 consecutive days, I've always been aware that I'm dreaming, but I fail to control it. I either wake up or continue the dream as it is without control, then I wake up

I've tried techniques like counting my fingers, and even without them, I'm aware that I'm dreaming, but I can't control it. I need advice to help
