Tutor Issues

Hi guys, I'm just looking for some advice regarding one of my modules. I have been assigned a tutor and, quite frankly, they are useless. I have asked for help with specific areas of the module that had been covered in a few TMA's and they did not respond, and their TMA marking doesn't actually talk about things i can improve on. What can i do in this case? Thanks in advance.
