Hello!

My family and I have been looking for land to buy outside Valladolid and I was wondering if anyone had any connections to people selling land? My mum and dad have their temporary residents and are looking to make the move as soon as they sell their NY house. The realtors all seem to only possess properties near the ocean but we love the Valladolid area and would love to build.

Hello my lovely pole friends!

My family and I are selling our business and I will be coming into a little bit of money. I've been thinking really heavily about creating a wellness Retreat Center that has poles in it so people can host pole Retreats through me! As I figure out pricing and how it will work I want to make sure that I give potential teachers maximum profits to make it worth everyone's wild. For those of you who have hosted retreats before, or who may have some insight, how much of the profits were yours to keep after all expenses paid? For example if you hosted a retreat charged $2,000 usd for 10 people but your expenses were $1300, you most likely made about $700 per attendee. Is this what happened with you?
