The Best Binder i have found online that covers all the bases!

Reposting this as i realize i didn’t put the front of the product on my last one..

I believe this to be the best all around binder if you’re unsure which to get individually this literally has them all plus some other goodies in there that are known to help detox mold from the body!

I got this on amazon and thought i would share with everyone!

someone in another post said Charcoal is not good to have in a blend as it will make all the other ones useless.. so this may not be as effective as i thought.

Tested positive last week! Here are some details..

Tested positive for 3/5 types of mold toxicity… I’ve been having some issues for quite some time (4 years) after moving home for awhile at my parents and sleeping in a basement that had black mold under the sink and i suspect near the baseboards next to my bed cause when i would smell the area low to the floor i would always smell mildew..

Moved into a brand new building that was just built and the issues stayed with me.. Mainly Diarrhea/Urgency after dinner, Acne on my back and fatigue for no reason during the day even if i slept.

Fast forward to today, got a mycotoxin test done last month and finally got the results back… my ND and functional medicine doc has me on some supplements… Started on Broken Cell Wall Chlorella to start and Psyllium husk as well as L-Glutamine about a month ago while waiting for results..

In that time my fatigue has diminished significantly, my stools are much more formed and regular and the acne on my back has basically vanished… Fast forward to my results -

My vitamins and minerals are extremely depleted and i am super deficient (assuming from all the diarrhea and malabsorption of food)

I am on some Good Multivitamins, Vitamin B supplementation (B6,B1), Lipo Glutathione, NAC, Mastic Gum, Lactoferrin, Glutamine, Creatine, Psyllium Husk, Still taking the Chlorella, Trace minerals in my water daily and am feeling good..

My one question, i tested positive for Gliotoxins in my test, Ochratoxin and Trico… A lot of people on here say if you test high for Gliotoxins you shouldn’t be taking NAC or Glutathione but i’m not having any Herx reactions or anything weird happening and it’s been like 4 days so far… Any advice ? I feel completely fine no headaches, nausea or anything or anything like that.

At the point where i am not digesting anything! Mycotoxin test coming up on Monday! Advice appreciated.

I will keep things short to see who can relate:

Issues started happening i am assuming after i got COVID… Started having daily loose stool (Liquid, Mush, Very bad smelling) For years everyday but my diet was terrible….

Couple years ago decide to try an animal based diet.. started only eating Grass Fed Steak, Organic Chicken, Grass fed ground beef, fruits and greek yogurt, some rice and sweet potato..

Stomach was better while i was on this diet, had solid bowel movements, no diarrhea unless i deviated from the regular foods i was eating.

Ended up falling off the diet and started eating what ever i wanted - Diarrhea wasn’t as bad.. Traveled multiple places for months at a time (Panama, Japan, Miami) and had zero bowel issues. Solid Stool the whole time i was away aside from a few days where it was Runny.

Arrive back home, symptoms re appear… Not as bad as they were before. 2 months ago get food poisoning, shitting pure water for 24 hours.. 2 weeks go by and stomach is completely normal with solid poo.

Come today and things are just as bad as before… Cant digest anything, liquid stool with undigested food in it, often yellowy, smells absolutely horrible, embarrassed to go out to eat with friends or do anything cause of this issue..

Made an appointment with a naturopath last week. Told her my symptoms, she suspects mold/candida that has maybe lead to SIBO as i told her i lived in a moldy home for a few years back before i got the covid, also told her i have some toenail fungus and itching in my groin / butt every so often..

Mycotoxins test ordered and giving a urine sample on monday, will rule out candida and all my deficiencies as well as mold toxicity.

I’m lost at this point…

My symptoms are:

Urgent Loose stool immediately after eating and it’s rarely ever solid

Unexplained fatigue mid day

I’ve also tried a ton of supplements and stuff with nothing really working.

Thanks for listening :(

To keep it short, i have another thread where i thought Glutamine had fixed my symptoms; Although things were better at the time, i completely fell off my diet that had my bowels and stool completely normal.. I will link the thread below.. I’m starting this thread for my own accountability and to maybe help others..

So far it’s been about a week since i’ve cleaned up my diet, low carb (rice / sweet potato / white potato / fruit) high protein (steak, chicken, fish) and fats (olive oil, grass fed butter, yogurt) and lots of probiotics in the form of kimchi, sauerkraut, and fermented coconut milk.. Also i stopped vaping

Stomach and bowel movements still off a bit but stomach is getting better… Much less gassy than the first few days, i have also noticed the following:

- My tongue is consistently Pink even in the morning

- I used to often get itching in my butt area, no longer present

- Acid reflux has completely disappeared

- Acne on my back has disappeared and haven’t got anything in awhile…

- No longer getting headaches daily

i’m attributing this to bad bacteria being flushed from
my gut and good bacteria replacing it alleviating those symptoms.

Supplements i’m taking:

Vit d3+k2
Mag Glycinate
Taurine
Glycine
Boron
Phosphotidyl Choline
TUDCA
Thiamine
B12 Complex
Zinc
L-Glutamine
BPC-157 Arginite (2nd day so far)

TLDR: Loose foul smelling stool with urgency once a day usually after dinner (undigested food frequently present) no other symptoms aside from the ones
listed above. Thank you all and any insights appreciated!
