I will start I am a L5 AM who got promoted a couple months ago and currently work in a 1DC. I make 82,000 base pay and my total comp is 90.7k.

Quick question what is the pay band for most L5?

Hi all I had a question for what it’s like to work in a 1DC is there any growth opportunities? I am coming in as a L5 with SSD Background I also wanted to change and try something new!
