GF got this for no apparent reason
Those 3 evenly spaced marks are weird.
Does not seem like a bite to me. We live in Madeira island, not much wildlife here, no big spiders or anything of the sort.
It also looks oddly strange for hitting your leg on something.
This is right above the knee, thumb for scale. Any thoughts on this?
