Hello, how does this happen ? :D I’m running r18 265/35 lowered 2.5 pressure could it be too much stretch or what ?

Hello, I recently bought depo headlights. my car is 2003 and it already has 8pin connector on the oem headlights D2S with h7 bulbs, I connected them all up switched the new balas and put in new D2S bulbs in. but I get nothing from the lights. What should I check for? thanks for any advices
