Any way possible to boost my dps?

I don’t have c6 iansan and I’m having a hard time enabling cinder city all the time with her so i chose using a subdps albedo (i also like him)

I feel like I should be doing more damage

What should I do to improve my flins team dps? I think it should be doing more damage with the premium team but I am not.

Hello! I recently reformatted a laptop, as the title suggests, and I initially deemed it as okay since I restarted it after installing the applications for it and the windows update for drivers. But after I returned it to the owner, they said that it was glitching like crazy after they pressed the power button, what can be the cause and how do you guys think I could fix it?
