I don’t say this gleefully but if Ramsey wants to continue his business he needs an older personality. His entire business is driving leads into his ELP and Smartvestor, and who has the most money to invest and buy real estate (old white boomers aka people like my parents). My parents listened to Dave for years but can’t stand any of the new, young personalities. Again, I’m not saying this as something I want, but it clearly is needed for their business. John’s audience is people with mental health issues (no money), Jade/George/Rachel is all Gen Z and millennials also with almost no money.

Dave has said he spent hundreds of millions of dollars to build the event center, and he paid for it 100% sworn cash. Since starting construction the s&p 500 has doubled meaning he lost the ability to double hundreds of millions, plus the event center is never used. If he had to sell it no one would even want the space.

Dave on the Friday episode said $200k won’t be enough to pay for a basic in state school in 18 years and might take more like $250k. Does he possibly realize this means in one generation the only people who can afford college are the children of incredibly rich people under his no debt methodology. This is the pure aristocracy our founders hated.
