Doorm Room Cooling.

I live in a single doorm room with my cat who is an ESA. The whole dorm does not have air condition nor are we aloud to bring one in. I also do not have a box fan. I have a desk fan and a floor stand rotating fan but my room is still hot AF. I cant open my door because of my cat and the rest of the doorm is hot too. Does anyone have any hacks that I can use to keep my room cool? Im just worried its too hot for me and my cat.

Hashimoto's or MS

I have had Hashimoto's for quite a while. I DEF HAVE HASHIMOTO'S. My medicine works fine and my internal thyroid levels are good. But not my symptoms. Fituge is a huge one. Its been getting worse by the year and my over all life has degraded. My memory is now trash, my speech has gone down and brain fog is also a major problem. Im so irritable now aswell. I simply cant stay awake. My fatigue is terible I take naps but they turn into 4 hours. I have tried everything for the fatigue. Diffrent exercise routines and diffrent diets all directed by my doctor. Trust me I tried EVERYTHING. I trully feel like im not my self anymore and after my doctor cant figure out the issue and or being not taken seriously I did my own research wich lead me to mabey MS. Idk why but im scared to talk to my doctor about it so I would like some other options before I bring it up. Below are my symptoms:

Chronic fatigue: cant stay awake like ever

Exercise intolerance

Heat intolerance: I run supper cold but once im in the sun I get supper sleepy

Speech problems:slurred speech, making up words or not using the right tense of the word, cant form sentences. Spelling is a major problem.

Memory issues and brain fog: forgetting alot including small things and major events and problems. Also forgetting what im thinking about or talking about mid sentence ever tho im not distracted. My brian litteraly shuts off.

Weak mussels: I am very weak compared to people my gender, weight, and age. Hard to form mussels. My leggs hurt and its hard to walk some times for work. My leggs hurt alot at night like Resless Leg Syndrom.

Eye issues: Sometimes i see floaters (only sometimes but common enough to worry)

There are also no rhymes, or reasons on what triggeres my good days and bad days.
