I don't think i was ready for a queen of the night

I bought this queen of the night as a tiny cutting on facebook market 5 years ago. Now she's a charlie brown christmas tree but also a giant monstrosity. As the sun changes position throughout the seasons I try to move her to the brightest part of my apartment. I have north, south, and west facing windows. The sun that comes through the west facing windows is intense in the afternoon (my place is at 5000+ feet in new mexico), and it's also the only place I can put my couch. The south facing windows are in the kitchen and entryway of my tiny apartment. The best windows are in small, high traffic areas.

I know she's etoliated but she has a few big leaves and puts out new leaf buds often. So she's surviving, but clearly, she's not thriving.

So anyway, what are my options here? Should I do an extreme prune and put a bunch of cuttings in a pot that I can hang? Maybe across from the west facing window? She's getting far too tall and it's getting very hard to move her around and find suitable spots for her. Will she ever bloom if I keep her pruned too small?

Please give me some advice, thank you so much!
