English Professor didn't find any bias in the Gender Bias chapter.

This was back almost 10 years ago..if you remember manaki english inter lo oka lesson unde, gender bias by Sudha Murthy. I don't remeber the whole thing now kani basic ga thana struggles explain chestundi, as a woman how it was harder for her to get into the college, then get the same treatment college lo and tarvata job kosam chustunapudu ah bias chala unde, it was so hard fot her to find a job and all...

Lesson chepta my professor (mid 50s, typical male mindset ankunta) he put down his book and said..enti ipudu asalu emindi, enti noppi, bane chadukundi antha iendi..ekkadana emana takuva jarinda ani adigadu..it was a class of 70ish, evaru em analedu asalu, nenu koncham front lo unde so, i nodded my head and said yeahh..he looked at me and aha madam edo takuva jarigindi antundi enti chepu ani, in a mocking way...i still tried to say chadukundi kani job ivvatledu kada ani..edo reply icchadu inka, chadukundi ade ekva anatu basic ga.

I recently saw this sub and it reminded me of this incident..teachers eh ila unte pillalu em nerchukuntaro ani badha. but I'm glad i atleast replied to him, even though i couldn't really articulate the problem back then.
