I was bored when i noticed the vortices appearing when i mixed my chocolate-oreo-sugar menjurje lol

I'm trying to clean the flex of the panel on my monitor but I can't remove it, and i have never seen this kind of flex (I'm also not used to repair monitors so.. yeah).

Anyways, it looks like the flex is crimped with some kind of metal and plastic but when i tried to remove it i blew up a plastic thing on it's side.

Could someone guide me to it's removal please???

So I've been on an odyssey with this Logitech G25 wheel that was gifted to me by a close friend, it wasn't working so if i could manage to repair it i could keep it.
