AITA for telling my gym buddy we’re not together?

I (22F) started working out with this guy (26M) from my gym about two months ago. We'd spot each other, grab smoothies after, normal stuff. Lately he's been texting me every night, sending "miss you" messages, acting like we're a thing. Last night he texted "wish you were here" and I finally said "we're not a couple." He went cold, said "didn't realize being nice was a crime," and now he's ignoring me at the gym. I have to see him almost daily and it's awkward as hell. Should I have just let it slide?

AITA for throwing away my boyfriend’s stuff after he ghosted me?

So my boyfriend (29M) and I (25F) were together for 5 years. Last week, he texted me that we were done. That was it. He blocked me everywhere. No explanation, no heads up, nothing. I was planning our anniversary trip for next month.

His brother reached out to say it wasn't my fault, that he understood my hurt, but for my mental health I should never contact them again. Maybe in the future my boyfriend might reach out. Maybe.

It's been a week. I'm obviously shattered. But he has a ton of his stuff at my place, clothes, his gaming setup, a box of his late grandfather's tools that he was extremely close to. Would I be wrong if I just dumped it all? It hurts to look at. It hurts that he could throw away five years like it was nothing and I'm stuck with his life in boxes.

I know the grandfather's tools matter to him. But he didn't care about what mattered to me.
