Are you guys going to provide any type of update? I work from home and still have no internet since yesterday. Are you guys going go compensate me for my days missed at work because this is extremely unprofessional to not actually provide any type of update or what the situation actually even is. The internet was fine through the whole storm and the day after the storm to say “severe weather” is ridiculous. Please provide customers an actual explanation as to what happened.
