What health metric tracked by modern consumer tech has provided the highest ROI for you?

We've moved way past simple step counters into complex bio-tracking, I mean everything from complicated for basic wellness to completely touch-based to touch-based metabolic and recovery monitoring.

I’m just trying to know what the tech community considers high-value data versus novelty tracking. For you personally, what metric has provided the most practical insight into your daily performance, sleep, or recovery? and do you find continuous background tracking more useful at all?

You can pls drop your setup and key metrics below.

The first fractional role feels like the hardest one to find

So I've been spending quite a bit of time looking at the fractional space lately, including fractional roles and board advisor opportunities and one of the things I've noticed is that there seems to be plenty of conversation around being a fractional executive, but much less around the actual pipeline of opportunities.

I'm currently trying to land my first fractional role, and honestly, the biggest challenge hasn't been figuring out what I could offer. It's figuring out where these opportunities surface in the first place as a lot of the obvious job boards don't seem particularly useful for this. Maybe a good portion of fractional work never gets publicly advertised anyway.

I’m trying to know about those already working fractionally or sitting on startup boards, I'm curious about the opportunity side of it are your engagements coming through your existing network, founder referrals, specialist platforms, direct outreach, or something else?

I'm especially interested in what changed once you got your first engagement. It seems like there might be a pretty significant difference between finding the first one and finding the next few.

Thank yall.

What's a good aftermarket alligator strap for Longines Master?

I must say the stock leather is okay but a bit stiff. I’m basically looking for a good black or brown alligator option.
