Is this behaviour normal?

After moving my 4 rosy barbs from a temporary 4 gallon to a 80L tank, they were behaving normally, but after around 3-5 days, one male developed more colour, larger fins and is now highly aggressive to the other male, this includes nipping when the other male gets close, and relentlessly chasing the females

This guy put a rosy barbs (bully fish) with a territorial betta, and obviously they started fighting as shown in the video with ‘happy’ music playing and he says “no no no”

I have 4 rosy barbs, they’re in a temporary 4 gallon tank and will be upgraded to a Tetra StarterLine 80L tank, I was planning to get one more barb because they school, but chatgpt says its safe for 6, google says 6 is pushing it, my rosy barbs are slightly stunted but should grow, and they are classed as aquarium/captive, so is 6 pushing it or is 6 okay guys?
