1 gar 2 arowana 1 giant Gourami and 3 pleco
I would have turned around and left but was meeting family. You can see the fish huddled in the bottom corner. Literally just a tiny plastic plant and a rock formation in the middle. Why in the hell do they think guests want to see this while eating? I'm scared to know what the kitchen looked like...
Sucks to be an arowana
I have no words ("Beautiful fish aquarium filled with 2 discus fish, 70-130 guppies and 10-15 pleco fish. You can also know in the photo that the discus fish is pregnant and that needs some extra work but I don't have time. It is 120 litre aquarium.")That the description word for word but since its in Dutch I figured I translate it. Ive never seen something so bad in my life
Tho it might be gas as like a snail/neo bowl
So I’ve got 2 fancy goldfish in a 30-40 gallon tank, which is totally fine if anything a bit small but it’s alright, but last year my mom got me what was advertised as a common goldfish.. yall he’s 4 inches long, this is 100% a comet goldfish and I don’t know what to do. I named him Microsoft Word Document and I love him but I have no clue about what to do next, I feel like a horrible fish owner for keeping him for a year without knowing the tank he’s in is wayyyy too small, and we definitely don’t have the funds to care for a huge goldfish. What do I do? My uncle has a pond but all he has in it are koi, and I’m scared they’ll eat him. I could take him to a fish store that has a bunch of big fish near my house but I’m afraid they won’t take him because he’s a goldfish and not koi, what should I do in this situation? I love him but I didn’t sign up for a massive fish.. is this my fault for not realizing sooner? I just feel so horrible knowing I’ve probably stunted his growth by keeping him, I don’t know what to do next. I have no clue if this breaks subreddit rules, I just don’t know what to do.
she also put a sweet potato in there in a later video but i immediately thought of this subreddit
There is at least goldfish, a big Oscar and big silver dollars, and a big plec and a bunch of different chichlids, and tetras… it shouldn’t work, ever, but it does… no heater
(I’ve seen it for over 18 months and he hasn’t lost a fish)
I couldn’t get in in the full picture, but there’s also two comet goldfish and like 4 glofish. I don’t know what those longer ones are i thought they were possibly bichrs. So two humongous plecos, a catfish, two bichr (?), 3-4 glofish and 2 comet goldfish.
Is this tank horribly stocked or am i crazy. also thy didn’t cycle it lol
Okay but $300 AND what worries we even more was the pic was taken almost three years ago and it’s currently posted for sale. Who knows what it looks like now…
Found this review for a tank on a chinese shopping site...
I saw these little bubble eyed guys in a Meijer and thought they looked cool, and then was incredibly sad when I looked up the species. I'm not even sure they should all be together, I know it's not near enough room or hiding spots for them.
If anyone knows all the species, that would be nice, the labels were faded. The fish I ID'd so far are the iridescent sharks, and that golden gourami. All the other tanks were...unhappy as well.
