This....

Accompanied by the face that it literally says "2X LARGER THAN THE ORIGINAL EZCARE" made me so gut wrenchingly sick for all the poor Bettas that died in one of these half-wit contraptions. I genuinely don't understand why people think its okay to keep a FISH in something so small it literally can't even swim in a single circle if it wanted to.

What's a salamander gotta do..

To get a little peace and quiet around here?!

I was just hanging out minding my own business and outta nowheres this crazy hooman just puts her slimy mitts on me a carries me away, just as about about to have dinner! The audacity! I couldn't believe it. I tried calling Deborah in HR to file an SA claim, cuz come on now, did you see the way she touched me?! Filthy hooman. The perfume on her hands almost killed me. Deborah just said "OH Tony, there's nothing I van do, we don't have any hoomans on the payroll." So what do I do? Anyone know a good lawyer?! This hooman MUST PAY!! Amphibian to be tied. These hoomans have gotta be stopped!

Houseplant Bonsai Art

I am an artist (qualifications...I said so) and this is a one of a kind bosai art masterpiece. I know what I have so no lowballs. Add $40 for sentimental value.

She was a bad girl!

Little brat wouldn't grow up the pole like I told her to so I literally had to make her. Parenting is so hard sometimes. 🤦‍♀️

Currently my favorite plant 😍

I love this hoya so much that I literally have 3 of them now.lol I bought a small one about a year ago thats grown quite a bit so far, then bought this one and another the exact same size a few months back and she's grown tremendously so far as well! I don't really know too much about it though. The first one was bought from Etsy and sold to me as Hoya "Sea Stones," and the second two i bought from the same shop because I loved the first one so much and they looked exactly alike, but the girl didn't know what it was called, and said she thought i5 was a burtoniae (which I really don't think is correct, but I could be wrong, as I'mreally just getting into hoyas this past year or so.) Anyways..recently I bought a new light and put near this little gal (with absolutely no hope of it working since it was just a $3 led "shop light" from temu.lol I spent $3 on this thing and it works better than most of my grow lights!! 🤯 for reference, the bigger one is under a sansi grow bulb, the other two were under a cheap miracle grow bulb, but far away, adding this light, and since i added it maybe a month ago she's already grown four new leaves, and the strand closest to the light sinstressed to this beautiful almost black and pink color. I'm literally OBSESSED right now. AND, since adding it, my sigillatis albomarginata, that had reverted, has since pushed out a variegated leaf...as well as my mathulde develiping super silver leaves. (The two mature leaves that were closest to the light.) I'm literally ecstatic!! Definitely recommend these light for anyone on a budget. They're literally sooo cheap on Temu! I been out here buying expensive ass grow light for NOTHING. 🤦‍♀️😭😅

Puff, puff, moss?!?

I 1000% saw this and thought someone was about to smoke their sphagnum moss. 😂🤣 nope..Temu just has us out here using weed grinders for chicken now.lmfao. I can't be the only one who thought that though, right?

What is this?!?! 😍

Sooo..I was out pod hunting in my yard again, hoping to find more powder blues (no luck there,) however, I found the absolute coolest Isopod I've ever seen IRL!! Its rolls into a ball, but it quite a big bigger than all the other Armadillidium vulgare I found, and its the most INSANE color. I posted the video because it was the closest thing to what the color actually looked like, but it still didn't even remotely do it justice. Its almost like a pale creamy wh9te but with blue shimmer. Just absolutely insane. I'm adding th3 other pictures I took to the comments just to show some different angles. Does anyone know what this is? Its just so incredible beautiful! I wany a whole colony just of this little guy!!! Any help is soo much appreciated! Please see comments for more pics! Also, I live about a half hour south of Pittsburgh, Pa, US, for context!

Pod hunting help!

So recently I've been wanting to build a terrarium for plants but wanted a bioactive terrarium and did my research and finally built a terrarium, but I wanted to try housing some wild caught pods before trying to dive into any other species. So I went hunting outside and found the perfect spot. I live near Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, so there really aren't a whole lot of species that are naturalized in my area.. its mostly armadillidium vulgare, but sometimes I find what I believe are powder blues. Today I went out to look for some more and I came across one in particular that REALLY stood out to me. He's very fast like the powder blues, but he's got like a reddish hue to him. What really stood out to me was that he almost looked more like a beatle or something from the front than a pod. He was definitely a pod though. If anyone knows what kind he is I would really appreciate the ID so I can make sure I'm caring for him properly. I found him along side these guys though so I'm assuming they have similar care requirements, but just want to make sure he doesn't need anything extra!

The questions that keep me up at night...

I wonder if mealy bug parents ever tell their children about the great cotton swab in the sky that comes down to swallow up all the bad kids and turn them into orange jello?

Hey guys! Soo..I'm trying to do my first live on whatnot tonight at 7pm est and its a randomized auction...but i just found out that as of may I can not longer do it the way I originally planned and am now forced to use the whatnot randomizer wheel. It wouldn't be a huge deal if I had any idea what I was doing, but its my first show and I'm having a really hard time trying to figure out how to set this up correctly. I was trying to make one listing for multiple plants in each weigh category, but its not allowing me to add more than 2 surprise sets for each listing, even thiugh5i already have the quantity set higher, and I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out asap! Any help is sooooo greatly appreciated!! Tysm!

Hey guys! I'm hosting a fun little live show on Whatnot tomorrow evening at 7pm EST, and I would LOVE to see all of you there!

Yesterday I posted an awesome plant I found that I had never heard of, and it got a LOT of attention! I'm now pleased to announce that I was able to get a second one to put it my raffle auction!

So with that being said, a few of the plants in our line up will include that absolutely STUNNING 4" Alocasia Antoro Velvet, a 6" Monstera Burle Marx Flame (already getting fenestrations,) a 6" Philodendron Billietiae, Philodendron Red Sun, Philodendron Golden Crocodile, a Unicorn Cactus, Variegated Moon Cactus, Hoya Crimson Queen, Hoya Crimson Princess, Phalaenopsis Orchids, African Violets, Jade Plants, Gold Dust Croton, and many MANY more!!!

It will be an auction format and the winner of the auction will choose a number from the remaining numbers on the board. I will then open the envelope to the corresponding number and the auction winner will receive the plant listed inside the envelope!

I will also be donating some of the proceeds to a long time friend of mine who very recently lost her husband, and their 5 year old sons Daddy,

as well as restocking inventory to hopefully have another raffle like this again soon!

So are you ready to try your luck and maybe bring home some wishlist plants at a much better price?!

If so please join us on Whatnot tomorrow night at 7pm EST!

Its going to be a great time, so even if you can't buy, please feel free to stop by, hang out, share the show, talk with the chat a bit, and just have fun!

If you've never used whatnot before, you can sign up through my referral link and you receive a credit between $10 and $200 that you can use during the show, or at any time after that on whatnot. Referral money can not be used for shipping though, unfortunately.

I only have a handful of alocasias, and I'm sure there are COUNTLESS varieties that I've never seen or heard of, and based off of where I got it, I'm sure its probably not even all that rare anymore...but to walk through the plant section at Walmart and find something I absolutely love, and that I don't already have, is pretty rare anymore...so when I found this beauty today I literally felt like I hit the lottery! There were two of these mixed in with a bunch of other alocasia ivory coasts that were kind of simple, but pretty, but these two were just absolutely STUNNING! Definitely one of the blackest plants I've found, next to Calathea Dottie and Raven ZZ! She's just so cute. I would totally be lying if I said I didn't hide the second one in the back to go back for later!lmao
