Hi po! Gusto ko lang po mag tanong. Pinadalhan po ako ng cc ng PNB 2024 at never ko sya inactivate and hindi talaga nagamit ever. Tapos ngayong araw 05/23/2026 nag email saakin yung PNB na chinacharge ako ng annual fee na 1,000 pesos. Tumawag ako sa customer service nila tapos ang sabi need ko raw bayaran. Gulong gulo ako kasi hindi ko talaga ginamit at never inactivate tapos may annual fee?? Pina pa cut ko yung card pero need ko pa rin bayaran. Sabi ng CS nila ganun daw tlaaga yun kahit hindi inactivate need bayaran. Wtf? Im going to pay something na never ko napakinabangan?
