Cheaper Trap Recommendations

Our yard near the Winston-Salem area in NC is absolutely covered in mosquitos. It doesn't help that I am essentially mosquito bait and get giant welts with every single bite. I typically wear bug spray when I plan to be outside for a while, but I can't even go outside for 5 minutes without having 20+ bites (not even standing still mind you). My husband has even gotten bitten with a box fan directly pointed at him. These things are absolute beasts. The bites hurt and I typically end up using prescription strength hydrocortisone cream to get them to calm down. I also feel awful because they go after our goats too. And with our goats, I'm not open to any yard sprays as they like to eat our grass. I'm going absolutely insane and need cheaper options.

Has anyone tried the dynatrap with the mosquito lure? I understand that the UV light won't get them but I was curious if the lure will help get them in the trap. I recently purchased the 1 acre one with the lure but it's hard to look in the trap and see them with all the other bugs. I've only had it for 2 days I also have buckets with mosquito dunks.

After researching I believe our highest volume of mosquitos are the tiger mosquitos if this helps identify if I need a different lure or anything specific. I really appreciate any help.

TLDR: Mosquito infested yard and I am essentially bait. I'm looking for cheaper trap recommendations (no more than $100) if the dynatrap with lure and mosquito dunk buckets don't work. Also if you have any advice on that option, I'm open to it. Not open to sprays because we have goats that eat our grass.

Off birth control for going on 2 months and experienced weird symptoms during the first month. Has anyone else dealt with this?

I have officially been off birth control (the estrogen/progestin pill, tri-lo-marzia) since the beginning of last month. I noticed that during the majority of the initial cycle off of it (and especially towards the end before my period), I had horrible mood swings almost daily, extreme nausea, sore boobs, food aversions and cravings, and a lot of other things that'd be considered pregnancy symptoms. My period came so obviously it wasn't that, but my period was much lighter than it had been while I took birth control. I'm talking zero cramps, no clots. My mood swings and everything essentially disappeared after my period started. I was just curious if anyone else has experienced a weird month during their first month off the pill. I could see hormones getting wacky when you stop, but I've been trying to search and have found nothing about this being a thing. For reference, I was on the pill for 10 years if that matters.

TLDR: Was on the pill for 10 years. Experienced horrible mood swings, nausea, food aversion/cravings, sore boobs, etc but not pregnant. Period started and all the symptoms went away and my period was a lot easier than while on the pill. None of those symptoms returned after period ended. Has anyone else experienced this or something similar?

Raised red dime-sized circle on arm that won't go away

I (28f) have had a dime sized spot on my forearm for a little over a week, maybe 2. Originally, I thought it was a mosquito bite (it wasn't originally a ring. It was an irritated circle). The skin in the middle of it has flaked away but the raised ring still remains. It was initially very itchy but now the itchiness comes and goes. I'm not sure if this would be contact dermatitis or ringworm. I haven't had a known exposure to ringworm, but I have recently cleaned a pretty gross shower and have been known to get contact dermatitis from mold/mildew in the past. We do have indoor cats, a dog, some chickens, and some goats but there have been no signs of ringworms that we've noticed. No other spots have appeared. No one around me has gotten similar rashes. I don't have experience with ringworm so I thought I'd come here for advice.

Goat got out and ate part of my potato plant

Hi everyone. I'm a new goat owner with little experience so please bear with me. Our dwarf goats got out of their pen this morning while I was feeding them and one of them nabbed about a foot of a young potato plant (not many leaves yet) before I could get to it. I'm almost certain it was our male but I'm including all 4 to be safe on this. The 3 girls are pregnant. They're all a year old and receive hay and pellets for food as well as a block mineral for enrichment (their pellets have the minerals they need). I've read conflicting information whether or not they need to be seen. There are no current symptoms and it happened roughly 30 mins ago. They're all eating their hay like normal at the moment. I understand potatoes are part of the nightshade family and this is why I'm panicked. I'm currently trying to get a hold of the local vet and no one's answering so I figured I'll ask here while I wait to get a hold of someone.

Some type of cherry tree?

This tree is in NC (piedmont area). I'd like some help identifying it. It had white blooms earlier this spring. I found the fruit under it and nothing around it seems to grow any fruits but I'd like to believe the blooms looked like a variety of cherry blossoms. Unfortunately, I don't have any photos of blooms. It's very tall. I'm not great with estimating heights so I added a photo from my view. Tia for any id's or suggestions!
