i’m not very in-the-know of dental terms and processes and would appreciate if anyone could explain why my mouth hurts in that area. a little over a week ago, i noticed a bit of swelling in the area i’m pointing at, and it was uncomfortable eating or having anything touch there. it dies down after a few days of trying not to get anything to touch it and today, just when i thought it was about 90% healed, i noticed a sharp pain when i made a certain mouth motion, then i checked and saw redness i hadn’t previously noticed.
it not seems like it’s gotten worse compared to the previous pain if i have my mouth in certain positions. i see a bit of a gap above the tooth as well. is this a wisdom tooth issue ? if not what could it be

my jaw literally dropped when i saw it 😭 first time seeing one of these, perhaps the craziest wagon ever. i mean its most likely not the real deal because they never made their way stateside but still insane seeing it
