I've watched YouTube videos galore and can't decide on whether I should go with an impact mill or a stone mill. How in the world do you make the decision?? I've been making sourdough bread for almost 10 years, way longer than the Covid starters. I also want to make regular whole wheat sandwich bread, quick breads, and things like cookies and pancakes using fresh milled flour. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
I have had a Wondermill on backorder for a while now, and it keeps getting pushed back. I can get a Nutrimill Classic right now and I'm wondering if I should just switch gears and buy that. Anyone out there have had both and have any input as to liking one over the other? Would truly appreciate any opinions. Thanks.
I've had a Wondermill grain mill on backorder for months now, and it was supposed to have already been shipped out to me, and I'm not getting any response from the company. Has anyone had any experience recently as to whether their back orders are getting pushed back a lot? I don't know if I should just start looking for a male elsewhere or if I should stick with this.
