I recently upgrade luck to 2 so is this good for catching the 4 star fishes?

Do anyone know how to fix this i try clearing data, uninstalling game and reinstall and also tried to change the Google account and also tried to switch back to my main account but still showing same.

Also today i posted about my seasonal quest didn't reset post on this community(maybe or on other community).

Whenis open the game today to see the season quest it didn't update so i clear the game data to check if it works but didn't work so is there anyone else facing this or I am the only one and if anyone know how to fix pls tell
