I think someone came onto my porch and stole my items. I live in an apartment complex, since the few months i live here, packages have been stolen non stop, they rip open the packages - take whatever they want and leave the rest behind. They have even ripped open one of mine , took it out of the bag and placed it in front of my door. My laundry detergent was stolen, I have had a camera up but had issues with it and will be buying another this weekend, this is where things get scary for me. A few days ago i was drawing on my porch ( bottom level of the apt) and left my very used sketchbook and pastels, i went to check today and theyre gone. This means someone crawled over my porch fence and came onto my property to steal my things, why would someone steal my sketchbook? I feel incredibly anxious and stressed out bc they can enter my home through there.

i’ve reported it to both property management and non emergency line, of course nothing has been done. IDK what to do besides cameras, im worried i’ll start spiraling and become paranoid, my sketchbook is so personal to me and now someone has that.

Im hoping its the neighborhood kids idk, if anyone has any advice or reassurance please share :/
