Looking for a Canadian (?) chip brand

Not sure if 'chips' is the right term for them, as they were more like crouton pieces, but I'm fairly sure they were in the chip aisle. They were small, oval and maybe about a finger's width wide and the ones I had were something like sour cream and chive or sour cream and onion, there might have been other flavours (I feel like there was one other flavour, but could be wrong about that). I used to buy these from Safeway in Vancouver in the 2010s, I recall that the bag was mostly white and quite fancy and expensive. I don't live in Canada any more, but a conversation with a friend got me thinking about them again.

Teddy bear ID

I've never been able to find any information about this bear, who I've had for nearly my whole life. I did a reverse image search recently and something came up. My mother recalls buying him from a shop in Greenwich, London, would have been sometime between 1990-1994 I think. Probably expensive since my mother didn't skimp. There's no evidence of there ever being a tush tag, so could be handmade, but he's very well made for that
