tired of call centers and customer service work

Hi, I’m a former customer service representative for a telecommunications company that some of you probably may know (Ryan Reynolds and a little green fox). I’m tired, I’m not in USA, and we do the work of five people at the same time, the same people that help you with your wireless phone, is the same department that make payments, that works with your internet, technical issues in both, and you know how much we are being paid for a 9 hour shift? 2 dollars per hour. Yes 2 dollars per hour, to hear people scream because of a policy that we didn’t create, to have people on our ears telling us to f/ck ourselves every time like I’m the one making the policies. The worst part of it, it’s that they take our monthly bonus because of a bad score to the company, and say directly to us that is our problem that the customers are giving bad rates to the company and good rates to the representative, even when customers have told me that the customer service is good, but the company needs to get better, they still blame us, they say we don’t do anything. It’s been two years and they haven’t increase the payment, they are taking everything from us even our mental health to follow some metrics that not even them can get. I’m just tired, today I resigned, and to be honest, that company sucks.
