A fanfic with a specific scene
Hello.
I am looking for a fanfic I read years ago. The scene that I remember is the following:
Harry and Hermione stop by James and Lily’s graves right after their wedding ceremony but enroute to their reception. Harry says something like: “Hi mum and dad. I know I haven’t been down to see you recently but as you can see, things have been a little hectic.” Later, Hermione asks Harry, “ May I?” He concedes and Hermione conjures a wreath on their graves just like she did many years before. Hermione then says something words to them. One phrase being something like, “I know you would have wanted Harry to live a happy life, and I promise I will do my best to help him achieve that.”
It may not use those exact words, but that is the scene which I remember the most from this fanfic. If anyone knows anything, please let me know.
