Harry gets to spend some quality time with his parents, and then returns to the land of the living to help clean up his mess. A pair of heavy, emotional chapters, with a good bit of action in the second.

The final few chapters may take a little longer than average to come out, as I wasn't overly thrilled with my first drafts of them, and they'll probably require more editing than average.

I’ve just started three stories in a row by three different authors that all have those same turns of phrase, over and over. Everything sounds the same and as an avid reader and happy supporter of Harmony, it’s so boring and frustrating.

Has anyone come across anything **fresh**, lately? At this point I’m not even seeking fantastic writing; just something other than the same turns of phrase I keep reading over over over over over again until they’re rendered meaningless.

I’m not saying this to start an AI debate. Please don’t go there. Let’s just take a moment to celebrate and share some real writing by our members who are, you know, writing, please.

P.S. No shame from me if you do use AI. It’s up to you, none of my business, though I’m not sure what the point of writing is when you’re not, you know, writing. But for the love of the word, could you at least please tag it? I keep getting heart broken by excellent premises that I’m unable to read through because it’s so rote.

So basically I wanted to discuss If Harmione was endgame in the books and the movies (Basically if they were Canon) In which year of Hogwarts would he realize he has feelings for his best friend Hermione and after avoiding and repressing his feelings towards her when should he confess his feelings to her also flipping the scenario but with Hermione being the one with the feelings and confess.

Personally I want them to date while they are in Hogwarts not after the war while they are all grown up Maybe Harry realizes he has feelings for her in 3rd year and than he asks Hermione to the yule ball but as friends which by the end results in strong romantic tension between them which they finally confront in either 5th or 6th year and than they start dating but never tell anyone about it until after the war.

So that were my thoughts please share your opinion and thoughts on how should it go.

I'm looking for a specific Harry Potter fanfic. The story takes place at Hogwarts. Harry secretly brings a baby to Hogwarts. He finds some rooms (maybe founders rooms, not sure about that) and is able to keep the baby secret but Hermione finds out. I remember the baby's accidental magic is a little less 'accidental' and he/she keeps escaping his/her room and making his/her way to Harry's bed. At one point, Ginny uses an enhanced lust potion at Dumbledore's prompting. It's supposed to be impossible to resist but Harry manages to resist long enough to hole himself up in his rooms with Hermione, who has sex with him until the potion wears off. Harry insists on marrying Hermione first (or immediately after, I'm unclear on that point). I remember, at the end of the story the child is abducted to Voldemort, but when Hermione and Harry arrive to rescue him/her, he/she is using accidental magic to keep Voldie in his chair/throne and changing him into different outfits. Voldie is begging to be rescued.

Please help me identify this fic as I really want to read it again!

Hello hello fellow Harmony fans. I come to you today with... a task! Of course we all know the "bonded for life" scene. Deathly Hallows, Bill and Fleur's wedding; it's one of the major pieces of evidence that many of us point to whenever we defend our ship.

And it makes sense. If you're in some weird will-they-won't-they-thing with your friend, then why the hell would you turn and look at your other, "totally platonic" friend during a scene as romantically charged as the presider of a wedding declaring the married couple to be "bonded for life?"

But for some reason, this scene meant nothing to JKR, and means nothing to the legions of canon fans who would rather die than accept any form of Harmony (because apparently the canon pairings are the one thing she can do no wrong in, in their eyes).

Thus, your mission, should you choose to accept it: trying to be as objective as possible, can you rationalize the "bonded for life" scene, or any other scene you view as Harmony evidence, to see why non-Harmonys might disagree? Can we interpret these scenes as platonic?

Is there a fanfic where in the second task, Harry instead of hesitating between saving his two best friends, saved Hermione immediately instead of Ron which left Krum and the judges confused.

It would have been very funny to see how everyone would react and how confused everyone would have been if Harry was quick to rescue Hermione in that task.what do you think would have happened if this scene panned out?

I've given this a much more serious tone than the original meme perhaps implied, and cut out the extraneous characters to just focus narrowly on Harry, Hermione, and Lavender. However, the meme sparked a number of ideas, and I'll probably write up a few other, much more light and crack-y versions at some point, since I get endless enjoyment out of this idea.
