When the waybill doesn’t exist. Dropped int package in Canada the company never received the return
I’ve returned a package last JANUARY (yes 5 months ago) to oura ring company (it was a wrong size) dropped off the package in Canada and neither the company knows the whereabouts of this nor the tracking number doesn’t exist? So if they never received this what happened with this waybill? I put a claim on amex
