Over “5 thousand” dollars in saved uber one benefits per their uber one app section… cancelled membership today because after telling the AI bot i want to talk to a real person, i get reconnected to an AI bot with an Indian name… how insane do you have to be to pretend your AI bots are Indian call center people? “Hello you are now talking to Rahit” - no I’m not this is a bot typing paragraph responses in under 1 second still, and also telling me i have to pay $50 to cancel my order that’s been preparing for 1.5 hours. Goodbye uber.
