The perfect Traeger Halloween party appetizer. Smoked Bacon Jam Cream Cheese!
It looks like a car accident. This would also work really well as the "brain" in a fake skull.

Just keep swimming…
Many kids, years of working 12+ hour days on a computer and/or cooking and tasting food caught up with me. Food had taken over my life. I started tirzepatide in August 2023, lost >100 pounds between then and August 2025, and have been in maintenance since. I will be shouting this med from the rooftops forever. It made weight loss “easy”, and for the first time, something that didn’t take over my entire life only just to fail.
Be patient. Ride out the ups and downs, and just keep going. You can do it!

Traeger Chili Mac
You can use whatever chili you have laying around, but if you really want to do it right, use my over-the-top chili in this one. Here's the recipe.
