I purchased Backpack deal (3 books).

As a result, my payment card was also used to subscribe me to https://www.skool.com/

For five months, they've been charging me for $9-16 every month.

No emails, no asking for permission, no nothing -- just charges.

After five months I discovered this. I never used their website. I contacted their support via help@skool.com where explained the situation. I never heard from them back.

Seven emails from me throughout two months -- nothing back.
